Consignor is a person or company which is responsible to send goods to different receivers either through land, air or sea and consignee is that individual or company who receives that consignment sent by the consignor. Consignee has to pay for all the delivered goods in full in order to become the owner of that consignment, otherwise the ownership title will remain be attached with the consignor.
